1. A Sanctuary of Luxury and Wellness From the moment I stepped into ESPA Life at Corinthia, I felt transported into a sanctuary where every detail has been thoughtfully curated for peace and indulgence. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between serenity and luxury—welcoming, calming, and elevated in every sense. This isn’t just a spa, it’s an experience that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. 2. Facilities – Extraordinary in Every Way The facilities at ESPA Life are nothing short of world class. Spread across multiple floors, the spa is both expansive and intimate, creating spaces for deep relaxation as well as invigorating treatments. The sleeping pods in the relaxation room were one of the highlights—beautifully designed, quiet, and cocoon-like, they offer the perfect escape to rest and reset after treatments. Every amenity feels carefully considered, from the tranquil hydrotherapy pools to the steam rooms and saunas, all seamlessly woven into the overall spa journey. It is evident that no detail has been overlooked in creating a space that is both indulgent and restorative. 3. Treatments – Restorative and Glow-Enhancing Each treatment I received was exceptional, leaving me feeling both renewed and radiant. From glow-giving facials to stimulating body brushes, the therapists used ESPA’s world-renowned skincare products with expertise and care. The variety of treatments available is impressive—offering everything from advanced facials to holistic body rituals—ensuring that every guest can find something tailored to their needs. What stood out most was how restorative every treatment felt. Rather than a fleeting indulgence, the effects lingered, leaving me glowing and refreshed long after I left. 4. ESPA Skincare – A World of Choice The range of ESPA skincare products available was vast and impressive. Known for their natural ingredients and science-led formulations, the products enhanced every treatment and made the experience feel all the more indulgent. Whether for hydration, radiance, or detox, the variety ensures that every skincare need is met with precision and luxury. 5. Atmosphere & Service – Every Detail Considered The service at ESPA Life was exemplary—staff were warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. They anticipate your needs before you even realize them yourself, ensuring that relaxation is uninterrupted. From the moment of arrival to departure, I felt genuinely cared for. The spa itself radiates calm: soft lighting, soothing scents, and elegant interiors that elevate the sense of sanctuary. It is clear that every detail, from design to amenities, has been carefully designed to help guests unwind completely. 6. Family Access – Thoughtfully Managed While ESPA Life is primarily a tranquil retreat for adults, families are not excluded. Designated family hours (8–10am and 4–5pm) ensure that guests traveling with children can enjoy the spa, while preserving the peaceful atmosphere during the rest of the day. It’s a thoughtful approach that respects both parents and those seeking uninterrupted relaxation. 7. Overall Impression ESPA Life at Corinthia London is more than just a spa—it is an immersive wellness journey. With world-class facilities, deeply restorative treatments, luxurious skincare, and impeccable service, it redefines what a city spa experience can be. It is rare to find a place that feels both indulgent and transformative, but ESPA Life achieves exactly that. Whether for a single treatment, a full day of relaxation, or as part of a longer stay at Corinthia, this spa is an absolute must. A flawless experience that left me glowing, restored, and eager to return.

Started coming as an annual winter treat with a friend, now it’s my go to for a special occasion girls’ day. The facilities are beautiful, the fire and water contrast in the pool rooms is lovely. They’re almost doing themselves a disservice by not giving a video tour of the facilities on their website. It’s a very pretty place, even as it ages ever so slightly, it’s well maintained. The service is great. They had Dr. Barbara Sturm samples out a few months back and I mentioned that I loved having the sachets for travel and the receptionist returned a minute later with samples for me, just to brighten up our already great experience. Such thoughtful service, you can’t ask for anything better. Every time I see the sun cream sample in my cupboard, I think about how I should return to the Corinthia soon. The sleeping room after the treatment is so cozy and the amenities are perfect. Had a back, face and neck treatment with Arta this time and she was phenomenal, especially on massage. She gave great advice on products and I picked up a few as Christmas gifts thanks to her recommendation. Also enjoy lunch in the hotel courtyard after, the flowers and seasonal menu always make it a great end to a spa day and it’s usually available without a reservation so it’s perfect to avoid a rush to get ready after a treatment. Haven’t tried the spa cafe but it’s usually full so I’m sure it’s good too. It’s a splurge, but in my experience, the quality matches the cost if you make a half-day or day of it. It’s a real treat!

My sister and I came to this spa for a special occasion. We expected a fabulous day out but sadly this was not the case. The amenities were lovely but our treatment was not. We both booked the deep cleansing facial with LED therapy. Neither of us felt like we had a deep cleanse after our treatment. There was no extraction during the facial, which was specifically asked for and should have been included in that specific facial. There was a lot of rubbing creams and serums into our faces for 1 hour and 30 mins. The treatment cost £295 and sadly I would not pay £100 for it. We spoke to the staff after and were given a refund for one of the facials which we are very thankful for and were happy to leave it at that however, the next day the therapist who gave my sister her treatment viewed my sister’s linked in profile- GDPR? We found this outrageous. For what is supposed to be a luxurious spa a lot of changes are needed - not just the fruit bowl as shown in photos below! Terribly disappointing.

Great Treatments - Spa was a Children’s Play Centre

I had a great time with the therapist getting treatments (mud wrap and massage) highly recommended and worth the price. The spa itself was lovely, very slick and modern. It is really unrivalled in terms of its layout/set up and aesthetic.

My experience in the Spa itself, however, was totally ruined by the presence of screaming, screeching children. I had understood it was adults only, but there was a huge family with 3 small children under 5. At one point there were 5 young kids at once. The children constantly screamed at the top of their lungs, and ran back and forth up the route from the sauna to the entrance, and would slip over banging their heads/bodies and then crying/screaming in pain. Very very rude parents, who laughed at how loud their kids were being. It didn’t help that the kids weren’t warned not to run on a wet marble floor, even after the third time they had whacked their spine/pelvis on the floor (I’m surprised they weren’t more injured).

This went on for an hour, and the kids kept screaming and wailing - so loudly that I could even hear the screaming in the changing room when I went to check my phone. At one point, another guest intervened and asked what was going on, because it sounded like one of the children was being kidnapped/tortured (the screaming was blood curdling). Guests asked them to please keep it down, the parents just laughed and demanded that it was "a family hotel". Staff did nothing, just kept walking up and down ignoring the screaming. This is meant to be a spa, and it is meant to be relaxing place. Instead, it was a children’s wet play area.

There were other children a bit older (maybe 6 years old) screaming "cannonball!!" And jumping into the cold pool (the larger pool) and one dad was swinging his son round by the legs/arms.

I sound really miserable. If I was at a Butlins or Package resort in Crete, I would have forgiven it/expected it.

This is meant to be a high end spa.

The spa should really be for adults only(or at least 12+) only. Really ruined my experience, esp given that I’d paid £320. I can’t see the justification in having 2/3/4 year olds in the pool at a palace such as this. The hotel has another family swimming pool as far as I know (not in the spa).

It’s not exactly the hotels fault, but I think they should say (a) no under 12s in Spa, (b) have a noise policy that is explained on way in, (c) have staff more prepared to challenge boisterous loud behaviour. If you are going to have families with toddlers, you kind of asking for...

I am a member of the one of the most stunning Spa/gym clubs in London. I absolutely adore coming here, the staff at ESPA Corinthia are truly wonderful. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted with a genuine smile and a warmth that immediately makes me feel at home, all of the staff know my name, they take time to talk with me, and always go out of their way to make sure I am completely comfortable. The attentiveness is next to none, I often leave things behind after spending a morning enjoying the luxury of the surroundings, and the delightful manager Ricardo emails me letting me know it is secure and safe until my next visit.

It isn’t just the calm, quiet and immaculate setting that makes ESPA so special, it’s the people, every member of the team radiates kindness and professionalism, and nothing is ever too much trouble. You feel as though you are being looked after by friends who genuinely want the best for you.

This combination of world-class treatments, beautiful surroundings, and staff who truly care makes this place second to none. For me this is a place where you can completely relax, unwind and feel at peace with the yourself.

The ESPA offers within the membership fee sessions by AMP (Athletic Medical Performance) trainers who offer structured group workouts throughout the day, these are not busy and sometimes you literally have a one to one session with the trainer if no no one else attends the class. The trainers at the ESPA gym are fantastic. The girls and boys who look after you are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and encouraging, they support me without ever making me feel pressured, and create a calm, positive atmosphere that makes the training as enjoyable it can be.

As you can see I cannot rate the ESPA...
