Hi Richard, please be advised I was a customer at fairgame and I actually witnessed something and thought it was absolutely outrageous and it is absolutely necessary that you know the situation at hand.
At approximately 19.30 I overhead a commotion and disagreement between a security staff and manager and as the security was visibly upset and anxious and as he gave back his radio and walking of, I overheard the manager by the name of mikayla make a racist comment as she was speaking to her colleague. The racist comments was 2 to 3 line sentences of racist slur which comprised of you dirty "Packy" and "look at that nasty Jew". As greeks we treat this stupid security guards like our slaves and i found this horrific and i was mortified when i heard this is totally unacceptable.
As a senior banker, I thought to myself these security guards are relatively low wages and keep us safe and secure from harms way on a daily basis and for them to be looked down on like that was shocking. I asked around the different members of staff they told me security are just contractors that come in and do the job. This particular individual 'MAKAYLA' her position for me has become untenable. She has no place at Fairgame. I also decided to do some research and find out the security company, and this is a message to to you, your security staff was the subject of racial religious abuse and you should not be in a contractual agreement with this type of venue...

Read moreWhat can I say....having tried a lot of the entertainment venues around London this is by far the best! Excellent value for money and fun for all ages and group sizes. I had to amend group size several times and there were no issues - staff were very patient with this. Additions to group and payment was easy.
We went in a group; a bit disappointed to go on Halloween and it not being themed but it didn't take away from our enjoyment (plenty of people dressed up and made up for it!)
Cocktails are funky, we got a table very easily for pre and post drinks. Twelve very different games were enjoyed by all of us and our ages varied from 18-50+!! We separated out into smaller groups but totals added onto a leadership board which was good to compare!
Great enjoyable evening out, everywhere was clean and little touches such as free cloakroom and drink holders by each game chair was appreciated. We'll definitely be back and will...
