Rude. Asked the the small Asian lady to help me as I was buying baby milk which is display only. When I was calling her over she looked dead at me & said “what do you want” with a side glare at her other colleague. She then proceeded to treat me in an unfriendly manner. Couldn’t wait to leave the store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Most products can be brought in other stores locally for the same price or a lovely boots across the road near...

Rang this store today (26.05.25 @ 3:40PM) had a really rude Asian lady from the Pharmacy department answer the phone. I wanted some help, and she was VERY dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked for her name and to speak to the manager, she hung up the phone. Her rudeness was unnecessary. Boots please look into the people you employ, having respect towards others...

Had 3 appointments here for travel vaccinations. I have a bad phobia of needles and was very anxious about the number of injections I required. Dee who I think is the store manager administered my vaccinations and she was so kind and so patient whilst being informative and really did her best to put me at ease. Such a kind and friendly person - could not recommend...
