I spoke to the owner Jonny on Thursday last week about a deliver and he said call him on Friday and send him ideas for the delivery on Monday. All was done and spoke to him and also told him of hte importance of htem been delivered before 10 as my fiance new business was opening and clients would be there before 10 and i wanted him to have the vase and flowers to put on table before. He made a big deal that he was going to do it himself personally. ( probably OTT) he said he would send a picture. I checking him with him saturday and sunday and he said all good for tomorrow and that he will send a picture. I checked in at 1 and asked him you never sent the picture and have you sent the flowers as thought it strange didnt hear from my partner. Oh there is a delay they will be there as soon as i can. I said okay and asked for a reduction in price. Checked in again and tried to call if they will be delivered soon. He asked for bank account and then i got a picture of refund. I call 5 times asking if he is sending and no response. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS REALLY IMPORTANT AS I WASNT IN THE COUNTY AVOID...
