Came here Friday 19th January 2024 afternoon about 3:10pm , came in and struggled to open the door as I had a suitcase and other bags in my arms as I had been travelling to London and instead of helping me the lady worker gave me a dirty look to the couple she speaking to inside the shop, how rude of her . Then this other couple who was behind me and helped me open the door and as soon as I came in the shop, she continued to speak to that couple and then afterwards spoke to the couple who helped me with the door but completely ignored me , didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me in the shop. Absolutely disgusting and rude behaviour . It was clearly because I wasn’t dressed in a way that ‘suited ‘ her eg I was wearing a puffy coat and joggers whilst the 2 couples were dressed like how people dress in Chelsea . I left as she made me feel that uncomfortable and it’s a shame as I normally love L’occitane , but she was down right rude . She was the black lady working on Friday 19th January 2024 in the afternoon in the shop , in which she was there by herself working . This review is for the Victoria branch of L'occitane So my sister and I visit this branch having previously made purchases from L'occitane, we were offered 2 hand massages. The instructions were unclear on how to book so we both came in at the same time. An absolutely lovely lady did one of the hand massages whilst the other one waited. I have to say, the absolutely lovely lady who did our hand massage was sooooo lovely. In the meantime another lady explained that we had booked our hand massage incorrectly. We fully appreciated her advice. However she then proceeded to go on and on as if we were being told off. I didn't appreciate this at all.
