Do not go here! If I could give this place 0 star I would. First off I booked an appointment here at 4.30pm on Saturday for a Shellac manicure and pedicure and confirmed price over the phone for this which the guy said would be £24 for manicure and £25 for pedicure. I got there and it was very busy with a lot of walk ins sat waiting and a few people with appointments. By 5pm I was still waiting and people who had come in later for their 5 o'clock appointments were being served before me. Finally a whole hour later someone was ready for me. If this wasn't bad enough after reading such good reviews online I expected a wide range of shellac colours. In actuality, this place has one book of colours to display and when I asked if there were more I was told no, which I later found out was a lie as I saw the colour discs on the wall as the guy was doing my manicure after already having done my pedicure and lying saying there was no more colours. On top of all of that, the colour I chose doesn't correlate to the colour I got. at first I thought it's my skin's undertone setting the colour off but after looking back at the colour in the book I chose, they're completely off which would lead to believe they're incorrectly labelled. Finally, when I went to pay after being in the shop a whole 2 hours...The guy tells me £65, I came with £50 as this place is cash only and I'd confirmed the price before coming. The old man was insistent and explained there's a cash machine next door, which BTW charges £2. So I went to withdraw the extra money and had every right mind to just get on the train at ravencourt park without paying because of how bad this place is. I went back and paid in anycase and the old man has the cheek to offer me a loyalty card. First and last time I will be coming here. Should've gone to Top Star or Stylish Nails instead. I went here recently for a full set of acrylic nails and recieved a bittersweet service, the man who did my nails (who I assume is the owner) was quite ebrasive.

The set I requested was of a longer length which meant it took a longer amount of time, the man was impatient and also kept getting annoyed/moody with me throughout the appointment due to how long it was taking and because of my hand positioning.

During my appointment I was with a friend of mine and was also communicating with a kind female staff member to lighten the mood, this lady was being very friendly and conversating with me and my friend while the man was doing my nails.

I am upset since the initial quality of the nail is good however he rushed painting and filing the nails which has resulted in lumps of acrylic left on the side of the nail and the nail polish has turned out lumpy with bubbles underneath (with polish not reaching the sides of the nail). I have had my nails done by many different salons, when I first left the shop I noticed small problems but reminded myself nails can't always be perfect.

Once I was on the train ride home I began to see more and more issues with the quality of these nails, going to a different nail shop today in hopes they can repaint them for me.

I've been a customer at this saloon during all my permanence in London (almost a year), and I got immediately affectionate due to the incomparable price quality ratio. I work in Hammersmith, and even if the area is less expensive than other parts of London, the price point here is truly competitive, and the service is provided very professionally. Despite this, a couple of weeks ago I had a bad experience here, since a very young beginner did my manicure, and she forgot to put the coat on top of the nail polish. Useless to say that she had to do it again as the nail polish got wasted very easily at the minimum touch, and I wasted a lot of time there. The work was not excellent, I was very disappointed, and I left the saloon with the suspect I would have never gone back. But guess what? The manager of the saloon texted me back the day after, offering me the chance to go back, and have a full complimentary manicure as apology from the saloon! Never seen anything Like this!
