I've come to Coco pretty much every day for the last two years and have only once had a not-quite-what-I-wanted coffee or pasta (and that was, I think, because I ended up with the wrong one – which they they replaced immediately without so much as a murmur). The staff are unfailingly lovely and always polite, despite having to cater to people like me all day.
