Disappointed experience. I'm used to going to Mac stores to buy my make- up. Have always enjoyed the quality of the service, the sellers are professional and have good advice. This was my first time in a Mac shop where I had the feeling that I was bothering the sales lady who was not helpful and not pleasant. It was the end of a work day, and the shop was not busy, so no reason for this...

Came to do some shopping yesterday- had like a few unsuccessful attempts. First time a lady was busy as she had a client and was doing her make up which is understandable, however would be good if there was another person to help at MAC station. Then I came again around 5 pm - was waiting 10 min and there was nobody to be found.. Sadly didn’t get to buy...
