Would NEVER order through them- terrible service! We ordered a large bouquet to be delivered by way of a surprise to London family & were assured that these flowers would arrive by 6pm on the delivery date. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED & WE had to chase the company up ourselves & demand an explanation. They responded that there had been a delivery issue and offered to refund (which they did do).They also offer to send a new small complimentary bouquet to redress. We reluctantly accepted this gesture but AGAIN even this secondary bouquet WAS NEVER DELIVERED. The company delivery process is a complete shamble. Underhand - delayed discussing my flower project until a week before the event, then when it was pretty much too late to go to another florist they underhandedly amended the quote (without flagging it up or discussing or asking me or even mention it) so it cost the same but was scaled back. I was told I had to decide and pay immediately (despite delays being caused by them). All extremely upsetting for me. I can´t be thankful enough for the young gentleman who made an amazing flower arrangement this morning for me. I had a horrible experience at another forist and I could not take my ordered flowers. Luckily, this gentleman at McQueens was able to create an extraordinary bouquet in just 20 minutes. Very friendly - top customer srvice. Amazing variety of flowers which I haven´t seen before.
