Warning about National Gas

I strongly advise caution when dealing with National Gas. • Customers are being unfairly charged — in one case, a business that had closed and was not trading was billed £2,690.50. • When challenged, representatives (including Max) allegedly threatened legal action instead of resolving the issue. • This feels misleading and exploitative. In my view, the company is prioritizing profit over fairness and transparency. • Employees appear to defend each other rather than address legitimate customer concerns.

If you are a customer facing similar treatment, I recommend contacting the Energy Ombudsman for support.

Horrendous!!!!!!!!! most unprofessional dodgy dealing one has encountered

Preyed on my elderly mother for a contract then increased her contract amount without any notice harassed her day in day out threatening with court action all for 48 pounds!!! Luckily I intervened and took this to Citizens Advice they sided with my mother the victim. I also discovered that the same 3 staff I had been dealing with were providing different names on each call.

uneducated Hill Billy’s no other professional company would touch, hence why they work for this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!! With any luck this company will be closed...

Difficult to get anyone to take ownership of queries. My client has been double billed 4 months after they left the site and the new owner is signed up with National Gas - How can you not realise to are taking 2 payments for 1 site???. Multiple communications with their customer services team which is still not resolved

Update ...NG are now billing another £20k a month for a site they no longer own.
