I absolutely love this place. I just discovered it a few weeks ago and am hooked. If like me, you suffer with Agoraphobia, this is the place to be! It's open, airy and quiet. I don't know about the daytime, but early hours is wonderful.
If you are driving, upon entry, you may undergo a car search from security. Most of the security are diamonds. I had a little runnings with one who decided to go a little over the top with me, but it was sorted abruptly by the security management team. Thanks Nick.
They are extremely swift in dealing with problems that may arise, and although it's a private complex, you are made to feel so welcome. I really do like the lads on the security entry, but we know there is always one 🙄😅
So jubilee park is like Christmas for my new kitten. I am harness training her and like to take her there, as there are many obstacles for her to climb and she loves to sing to the birds 🐱
I feel safe here. There is always security on hand and they are so polite. My kitten is obviously a conversation starter as it's not the most common thing to see at 4 am 🐾🐾🐾
She's a beautiful little thing. A rare Abyssinian Black - Tortie - Silver. Just gorgeous. She has her own instagram account of course. @Zeudi_dahab
If you walk further down over the bridge, you'll find a perfect little park with parallel bars and pull up bars., which I'll be using in the summer. I'm a certfied Trainer, so really looking forward to it.
It's absolutely stunning around this part. The lighting and the wooden decking. It's extremely plush. My Kittie is so happy here, you can see it in her...

Read moreA park in the heart of canary wharf is unusual and rewarding, it is a Shangri-la of peace and quiet just off jubilee plaza, unknown to most who visit here, but is well visited by families with young children and a haunt for couples wanting a quiet place to be alone, if you enter jubilee plaza from the main shopping mall, walk up past the entrance to the jubilee line station entrance and look for the little three wheel coffee cart parked up on the left, just before it is a gap between two box hedges, the park snakes in twists and turns, in the middle is a series of raised ponds with bubbling fountains illuminated when the sun goes down and delightful little waterfalls, to the left is a series of small curving lawns and each one has several benches to sit, this wonderful park is most probably used by office workers to have their lunch in weekdays but at the weekend it is the place to head for if you crave peace and quiet after the busy hustle and bustle of an exciting day out visiting canary wharf and the many opportunities of shopping in the sprawling malls, a quiet peaceful place for those wanting to rest after a busy day before contemplating...
