would give this place a 0 if I could. I ordered food from here last week, directly through their website. I was advised that the order would take 30 mins but instead took 1hr and 10mins. The staff called me once in that period of time to tell me there would be a small delay. I then had to follow up again to which the response was I live too far and it will now take a further 20 mins to deliver - which is ridiculous on its own, as I live about 10-15 mins away. I waited 20 minutes and still no food delivered, I followed up and there were several other excuses about the driver being lost and they only have one driver that day. The staff member jumped around quite a bit with the excuses and wasnโt expecting me to challenge them. They had no training in how to solve problems and told me that the owner would call me back after 5pm to discuss this issueโฆstill waiting for this call by the way!! When the driver eventually arrived, he was rude and said I shouldnโt create a fuss because I only had one order. I called the shop back after 10mins to follow up and the the staff member asked if I had received my food and I responded with yes it came 10 mins ago and requested to speak to someone else at this time, he said there was no one else around to speak to and that the driver returned 10 mins ago and confirmed the delivery. I then asked him how the driver was able to get back to the shop in 10 mins but couldnโt get my order to me in 10 mins. Pathetic! Obviously this was followed by a strand of excuses.
The call was left with me passing my details for this so called manager to give me a call back after 5pm. As mentioned above, there has been no call or follow up since.
In a saturated market you would think customer service would be at the forefront but clearly not!
The food itself was poor, the soup was super salty and the my sides were soggy from the long wait!
I certainly will not be ordering here again and will be sure to share this with my family...

Cannot fault the food in any way - very delicious and I will definitely order here consistently.
The problem is the staff who is at the till. The Asian gentleman who wears a mask.
He answers the phone with a simple "Hello", without identifying the name of the business, I have to double check I haven't called a house number by mistake.
Once an order is placed he abruptly cuts the call without saying bye or having any rapport - I thought this was due to the takeaway being busy, but this has happened too often and it's not hard to have good phone etiquette with customers, as mentioned below it could be because he is in a rush to get back to using his phone.
The same attitude is continued in store, I make sure to clearly greet him and I get no response. Same when I say goodbye.
On my last visit, when he was greeted, he was slouched over on his chair using his phone. He looked up at me after I greeted him (with no reponse) and just continued to use his phone for a while whilst I stood there, before standing up and asking me what I wanted. After handing me my food, he went back to slouching in his chair. I said goodbye, got ignored and just left.
As a business, the owner must understand, it does not matter how good their food is, if the customer service is lacking, people will go elsewhere. You must remember, your customers are your bread and butter, we are paying you your wages, the least you can do is serve them with a smile and respond properly.
This review would have easily been 5 stars had it not been for the customer experience.

I don't generally like writing bad comments about places but I felt the need to as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience such bad service as I did.
I went just before 8pm and was told to oder online instead. I was told that the food would be ready within 15 mins even though the email said 25 mins. It gets to 8.30pm and I get told by the receptionist that they haven't started on my food yet as they are busy and that it would be another 10 mins. It gets to 8.45pm and she said oh they haven't started on your food yet. As anyone can imagine waiting nearly an hour is unacceptable especially when you have gone into order and collect! I decided by 9pm I had enough and wanted my refund, which then took another 30 mins to sort out. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable! A few other points to also mention:
1- The receptionists have 0 customer service experience and are very rude. 2- Another customer who had ordered online, called over the phone at least 3x times just to find out where their order was. They lied and said it was on the way when the order was just making its way out of the kitchen. Saddest part is that they were laughing about the customer in a very rude manner 3- Another customer came in and ordered 10 mins AFTER me and got his food within 15 mins or ordering! When I challenged them about it, they made up a pathetic excuse trying to say it was something else which didn't make sense. 4- Not even an apology. Poor customer service, and I would even go as far as to question the legality of their employees there, but that is a matter for the correct authorities to investigate.
