Working with Parata Property has been an excellent experience from start to finish. Dean, the owner, brings a level of professionalism, honesty, and in-depth knowledge of the UK property market that is hard to come by.
Their service is focused on HMO property sourcing and project management, and they’ve proven to be reliable, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping property investors succeed. Dean took the time to understand my investment goals, sourced quality properties, and managed the entire process with clarity and care.
What really stands out is the hands-on approach. Dean doesn’t just hand you a deal and walk away—he stays involved, offering guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure things run smoothly. This gave me real peace of mind, especially being an investor not based locally.
Whether you’re just starting in property or looking to scale your portfolio, Parata Property is a partner you can trust. Highly...
Read moreDean and his team have been phenomenal at delivering a high quality service for his clients. When I did an initial meet with Dean I got an immediate good feeling and was happy to go ahead with his services. His deal sheet was surprisingly accurate to the real time figures and the true end value exceeded our expectations!...

After the rubbish was then but back outside the property twice, you then hired a skip and left this outside of homes and on a public walk way on Hurst Street without much as the courtesy to knock on and check this is ok with the residents who live there.
Do you think this is acceptable? You say on a post below that the property has been finished to a high standard, however the way you are treating residents in neighbouring properties is anything but a high standard. Can you advise when the skip will be moved?
I did comment on the Facebook post but you just...
