Same Day Flower Delivery - Beaucoup London Flowers💐 — Local services in London

I'm deeply disappointed in working with these florists. I'd worked with them twice. The first time everything went ok, but the second time was a complete failure. I ordered and paid in advance for a bright bouquet for a creative person with delivery in the morning. In fact, they made a faded small bouquet (for £250!), I asked them to add color and make it looks better. But only in the evening they found time to redo it and send a photo. The new bouquet was worser then the first, it looked like a child had collected it, using all the flowers from the flower bed. I asked for a redo, but they refused to do it, even the budget increase did not convince them to save the situation and fulfill their obligations. Naturally, I canceled the delivery because I couldn't let the creative recipient get a terrible bouquet for birthday... I asked for a refund, but got rudely denial again, they did not consider to make even partly refund. Photos of the first and second bouquets are attached. It's really not worth 250 GBP! Therefore, I refused further cooperation with these florists. Luckily, I found other professionals who deliver our orders...

I was in search of a bouquet of luxury old-fashioned red roses for a special occasion—the anniversary celebration.
