If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would — all because of one incredible person: Anderson, the bartender at the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge. He is, without question, one of the kindest, most welcoming, and most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting — not just in hospitality, but in life. From the moment I arrived, Anderson made me feel completely at ease. His warmth is genuine, his energy is calming, and he carries himself with such quiet grace and attentiveness. While my husband had stepped away for a bit, Anderson noticed I was alone and, without ever being intrusive or overbearing, just made sure I felt comfortable, seen, and cared for. We ended up having such a lovely conversation — nothing too much, just the perfect balance of warmth, friendliness, and respect. It takes a special kind of person to do that. You can tell Anderson takes pride in his work. His cocktails are, of course, outstanding — refined, elegant, and thoughtful — but it’s really his presence that elevates the whole experience. He treats everyone not like a customer, but like a guest in his home. You feel welcome, valued, and looked after in the most natural and sincere way. Anderson isn’t just a bartender — he’s the heart of that bar. The kind of person who leaves a lasting impression, the kind of person you’d return for. In a world where genuine hospitality can be hard to come by, Anderson is a rare gem. He deserves every bit of recognition for the light he brings to that beautiful space. Thank you, Anderson — you’re absolutely amazing, and I hope Bulgari knows how lucky they are to have you. God bless you, and I truly hope to see you again soon.

If you want to tell your friends that you stayed at The Bulgari in Knightsbridge, then definitely stay here. However, if you actually want to enjoy a luxurious stay in London with high standards of service, facilities and food - there are much better choices; such as Four seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Dorchester or Rosewood - all of which I highly recommend. Some “Highlights”: - There was a previous guests’ sock in our suite, that didn’t belong to us. - Room service came in without ringing the bell (in general most of the staff seemed inexperienced and untrained to deliver service at this level). - Food and drinks were of “all inclusive” resort quality. - Tableware was cheap (LSA). - The doormen were absent half of the time. - Guest services/room service didn’t always take the line. I honestly feel bad for the very few members of staff who keep up to standard such as the lady who checked us in and some of the friendly restaurant staff. Upon reflection it is preposterous that we stayed here for roughly £2,500/night (deluxe suite for 2 nights) - £5,000 total. I would seriously advise looking elsewhere when considering a stay at one of London’s luxury hotels.

Very disappointed with my visit today. Staff member Gabby was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me in an aggressive and uncomfortable way about the £30 minimum spend. Instead of being welcomed, I felt pressured and humiliated in front of others. The atmosphere was also highly inappropriate, with guests next to me kissing loudly, touching each other, and discussing sexual topics openly — completely unacceptable in what is supposed to be a five-star lounge. Poor service, poor standards, and not a place I would recommend. When I ordered a cheese omelette, she told me it came with avocado. I said I didn’t want avocado, and instead of helping, she insisted the cheese would be removed. Then she added cheese separately and charged me an extra £8, without ever clearly explaining it beforehand. When the bill came, there were extra items I had not ordered. Instead of resolving it calmly, Gabby began shouting in front of everyone, listing out hot chocolate, sparkling water, eggs, etc., as if I was lying. The whole lounge could hear her, which was humiliating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bulgari London, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with impeccable service and an ambiance that exuded chic elegance.

The allure of the Knightsbridge Suite was so captivating that I found it difficult to leave its comforting embrace. The style of the room was impeccable, with tasteful decor and attention to detail that exuded elegance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight of the suite, without a doubt, was the delightful shower and bath. Considering the suite's location on one of the busiest streets in London, I was pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness and quietness it offered. It was a delightful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service my butler, Val provided. Not only was Val extremely nice and friendly, but also displayed the utmost professionalism, attentiveness, and care throughout my time at the hotel. Their attention to detail ensured that every aspect of my stay was absolutely perfect.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with every corner flawlessly maintained. Every time I returned to my room, it felt as if I had just checked-in - a testament to the dedication and diligence of the housekeeping staff.

The spa at the Bulgari was truly a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility. The massage I received during my visit was most certainly the best I have ever had. The skilled therapists ensured that every knot and tension melted away, leaving me feeling renewed and refreshed.

Every corner of the Bulgari London exudes sophistication and luxury. From the beautifully designed interiors to the exquisite attention to detail, it is evident that no expense was spared in creating an environment fit for royalty. I truly felt like a king during my stay.

Sette, the Italian restaurant, was exquisite. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was just perfect.

In conclusion, my stay at the Bulgari London was a truly spectacular experience. It perfectly blended exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness, and world-class facilities. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable...

July 2025 I stayed at the Bulgari Hotel in London for two nights in August. On my last day, before leaving for the airport, we decided to have a late lunch at the hotel restaurant. We ordered an appetizer and a main course.

Once the appetizer plates were cleared, I noted the time — I had sent a text message at that moment, so I know exactly how long I waited. After 18 minutes with no sign of the main course, I asked the server what was happening. He explained there had been a mistake in the kitchen and that it would be corrected shortly. Five more minutes passed before the main dish finally arrived.

We finished our meal and I asked for the bill, as we needed to pack for our flight. At that point, the waiter apologized for the delay and offered complimentary desserts. I agreed, but after waiting another seven minutes, I declined — we simply didn’t have more time. I asked to have the lunch charged to my room. The waiter then apologized again and assured me that, due to the delay, our meals would be “on the house.”

It is worth noting that we were the only guests dining, apart from one table with drinks. When I checked out, I was surprised to learn that the lunch had still been added to my bill. The front desk clerk suggested the delay may have been because the kitchen was located on B3. This is not an acceptable explanation. If a hotel knows its kitchen location causes delays, it should inform guests in advance — not after the fact.

The waiter had already told me the delay was due to a kitchen error, which I could have understood had it been handled properly. I am patient when mistakes are communicated honestly and resolved promptly. Unfortunately, the handling of this incident was disorganized, unprofessional, and far below the standards expected from a property with Bulgari’s reputation and price tag.

I left with a sense of disappointment that was overshadowed, especially by...
