I am so incredibly happy with the service I recieved from the ysl sloane street store especially Andrea Massari My ysl lou bag strap cracked and I was so upset. I reached out to the customer services via email and the lady gave me the details for Andrea at sloane street.
Andrea arranged for an express dhl postage label as I live over 2 hours from the sloane street boutique and wasn't visiting soon. I shipped up my bag and Andrea kept me informed all through the process as it was sent to an artisian in Italy to be fixed then returned back here well within the 12 week period they say for a repair, it came back to sloane street , then Andrea shipped it back to me at my home via dhl express service.
I completely recommend YSL customer care services & especially Andrea's customer service they go above and beyond unlike some high end brands, you pay good money for these products and the customer service and after care also makes such a difference for your opinion on the brand in the future . I love ysl and will continue to buy from the brand with the peace of mind knowing just how great their customer service is if a problem does arise.

Came back the other day to get it refunded and was told they on return for exchanges or store credit but do not give your money back. The store credit can only be used in 2 stores in London and not online. I ended up chasing 2 items in exchange. I was taken to the till to pay with the store credit and after I had paid someone handed me a bag that should have had my items in it. Thankfully I had opened the bag to check as I was leaving the store as one of the items were missing from the bag. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. All items should be bagged in front of the customer, especially if you paid a fortune for them, so the customer knows they are getting exactly what they asked for. When the sales associates eventually arrived, he greeted me with a level of impatience and condescending sass that I wouldnāt expected from a so-called āhigh endā luxurious brand.
I inquired about a specific style, the āJean Debbies,ā and was told they only had what was displayed on the floor. However, upon checking online once I got home, I discovered that the exact style I was looking for is in fact available in store. This leads me to believe that the sales associate either couldnāt be bothered or, worse, was deliberately withholding information because he was clearly ready to clock out.
