Review Of Sautter Cigars Knightsbridge
As a cigar enthusiast, I never have to write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Sautter Cigars Knightsbridge. I went in with high hopes of purchasing a good cigar. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While in the humidor, I overheard the salesman mention, "I will grab you a softer cigar as the one I just touched was too firm and not ready yet." I didn't think much of it at the time and proceeded to make my purchase.
However, when I later opened my cigar case to enjoy my H. Upmann Magnum 54, I noticed several issues. The cigar was overly humidified and soft, instead of being firm and ready to smoke. From the moment I lit it, the burn was uneven. As I continued to smoke, the wrapper began to crack, indicating improper storage and maintenance.
This experience ruined what should have been an enjoyable smoke, and I am left disappointed. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be returning to Sautter Cigars...

I dropped by a couple of days on my trip to London and he was extremely helpful, knowledgable, service minded and would sit down for a chat when it was not too busy. Read moreI am a customer at their Mount Street branch and a subscriber/follower of their social media. I visited the lounge at Knightsbridge with a friend, last week. As expected it is a fabulous shop. My disappoint was with the construction of the cigars that we sampled. The wrappers cracked. My one developed a crack an inch from the foot after few draws. The wrapper near the tip of the head was also coming off. I politely pointed this out to the staff who was in charge at the time, and wad told it happens. Not sure, maybe we are just unlucky...
