From the moment I approached her for assistance, it became apparent that her service was far from satisfactory, leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
Firstly, it seemed like she was constantly engrossed in her phone, taking calls, and seemingly discussing personal matters. This lack of attentiveness was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like an inconvenience while I was trying to inquire about their products.
Furthermore, when I asked her questions about the products, she seemed disinterested and provided minimal information. It was evident that she was not fully engaged in the conversation and did not make an effort to address my concerns or provide any meaningful assistance. Her lack of product knowledge and indifference left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. A male staff member appeared uninterested and made it clear that assisting customers was a hassle. Moreover, a woman who seemed to act like a manager was even worse. Her behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful, as though she was deliberately choosing who to treat with respect (although I don’t want to assume it’s based on race). If the job feels like such a burden to them, perhaps taking a break at home would be more beneficial.
If it weren’t for the Harrods Rewards benefits, I wouldn’t have made a purchase here at all.
