I came across Dior and The London Flower shop on Google!! I wanted to surprise a friend of mine with a wonderful bouquet 💐 of flowers for her birthday and admittedly I left it late to get her some flowers. I googled florists that were near me and still open and Dior’s shop came up. I immediately made my way down there and was met by her, let me mention that Dior was so welcoming and was happy to fulfill my request @ such short notice.

Fast forward to now Dior is my ONLY GO TO florist!! She knows what I want when I describe to her the type of flowers I want to get for someone. She’s extremely creative in her floristry and her kind, calming spirit is such a lovely attribute to her personality. Dior takes pride in her work and she makes sure that your happy with the service your receive. Just look @ the many positive reviews from clients that have used her services!!

Dior puts her heart into her work and her passion clearly shows in the joy she brings to those who use The London Flower Shop for their special occasions. Her assistant Katie is also a delight to work with and also is tremendous at what she does, they both work brilliantly together creating breathtaking displays of floristry and stunning bouquets.

I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who want something unique and personal to give their loved ones or someone special. May the dedication that Dior so passionately shows maybe increase her clientele and grow her business.

I came across The London Flower Shop when I was looking for someone to do room decor for my wifes 30th birthday. I spoke with Dior beforehand, and she advised what she thought would look best in accordance to what I had in mind. She is a perfectionist and this really reflected in the way the room looked - we walked in and my wife was lost for words as was I because everything I had envisioned came to life thanks to Dior. She went above and beyond to make sure the decorations were exactly how I wanted them to be, and I cannot thank you enough for creating these beautiful memories. I also ordered a bouquet of 33 red roses and again, as other reviews state the flowers were PERFECT, I specifically requested diamontes to be placed in the centre of each rose and this was done too. We had a couple of minor issues but the customer service I received was fantastic and it was resolved straight away. I would recommend Dior and the team to anyone looking for room decor/flowers as their passion and love for what they do really reflects in their work. I first contacted Dior when I was rearranging my wedding date for the second time and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Unfortunately we went into lockdown again and the wedding could not take place. 1 year later we tried again and Dior was just as helpful. She provided suggestions of what could be done and that gave me the confidence to leave her to design the flowers for my church wedding with just specifications of the colours I wanted. Considering it was probably one of the busiest weekends for a flower shop with Mothering Sunday that was not even a problem for Dior. I had in fact been told by another store it’s Mothering Sunday so you would need to pay me to be out of the store that day! On the day for the wedding I saw the flowers she had designed for the church absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. The priest was extremely happy to have them as a gift to the church.
