Vauxhall flowers — Local services in London

Their flowers are ok but so disorganised. I reserved my flowers in the morning for valentines day. Show up 10min before my train and they couldn't even get to answer a question or just help. The staff was stressed and borderline rude, owner shouted at me because I keep telling them that I just need my flowers which I paid for. I know its a busy time but I feel if you already paid for your flowers it shouldn't take 10min for someone to give them to you and people shouldn't be rude. Not going to by Buy...
