Reserve Wines — Local services in Manchester

Incredibly rude staff who clearly know absolutely nothing about wine.

When we asked about a certain wine the man behind the bar with the backwards cap just slammed the bottle down in front of us and proceeded to serve the people next to us. If they were extremely busy I wouldn’t mind but it was us and one other person.

A woman then took over but, unfortunately, the poor attitude continued. She explained that the wine was “basically a Portuguese white”. Not a great explanation and something that we’d already figured out ourselves from looking at the bottle.

They then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Zero chance and we won’t be returning.

Reserve Wines is one of my favourite spots in Manchester and I’m always recommending it to friends and family! The building is beautiful and provides the perfect atmosphere for all occasions.
