I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my visit with Maxine I felt I should. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The reading felt vague, generic, and lacked any real intuition or personal connection. At one point, Maxine mentioned she had been trained to read body language, which made me feel she was relying on that rather than the cards themselves. She also had to refer to a book to interpret the cards, which didn’t inspire confidence. The fact that she shuffled and picked the cards herself – without letting me do so – made it feel like my energy was completely absent from the process. There is no wait time shown so could be sat waiting for 30mins - 1hr depending how many people in there. While I understand readings may run over and everyone should have their turn as if it was me in the position I’d appreciate the depth and care but she may come out and turn you away. If you express your disappointment she’ll pull faces at you while you walk away and laugh and snarl at you with other customers.
