Awful. We telephoned the shop immediately and cancelled order within 2 minutes of order and they said they would refund. We said we would make a new online order, exactly the same, but to new address.

We made the new order and paid again. There has been no refund to date. Both orders were made in a few minutes. Both exactly the same order. We got one set of food and paid twice.
