Tried to buy a coffee (making 6th purchase on sparks card) so shoukd have received one free. Free coffee wasn’t included after queuing at the end of the cafe. Went back to till to enquire after free coffee and after producing sparks card again, free coffee appears. Back to end of cafe and again queuing for free coffee (it was put to the back of the queue). Asked how long for coffee to arrive and was told by a very rude manageress that I would not be served with anything else. Disgusting customer service and will not be going in there again. Husband had to leave his coffee, no time to drink it before treatment You don’t expect to be verbally attacked after travelling a distance for treatment at Christie Hospital, Manchester and just requiring a coffee. ...

Often don't have milk or the usual alternatives except coconut. I wish they would signpost this so that you don't wait 15 mins in the queue before finding out.

Toasties are just warm bread (cost £6.75). I asked for it to be redone and it was the same ..

Such a shame as it's a prime spot, but whoever does their ordering always gets it wrong - no milk, no coffee lids, no coffee sometimes, too much of one thing and not enough of the other

They used to sell reduced items at around 3pm but have changed it to 6pm - I think to ensure not too many people buy it.
