AVOID . There are plenty other places nearby to go don’t be fooled. For so many reasons. When I walked in the staff stared at me like I was asking for something bizarre when I said can I have the set deal £12.99 which comes with 9 inch pizza Side and drink. Didn’t even ask me what side I wanted and I had to keep telling them. Order took around 30 minutes. They were “busy” apparently when no one looked like they were doing anything when I walked in. Thought it was actually shutting. When the order was finally ready, they gave me a pizza and a can of sprite. The pizza was not 9 inches. Size of a kids pizza. No side with pizza so I asked the guy where it was. He insisted I hadn’t payed for it. I said no I’ve paid for the £12.99 deal (extortionate anyway). He rummaged through the bin to find the receipt which funnily enough wasn’t given to me. And said I “only paid” for this pizza. Luckily I’ve got my bank app, stood my ground and showed him I’d just paid them £12.99 for a tiny pizza and a can of sprite. Finally he told me “just ten minutes” For the side of chicken wings. Another 20 mins later came the side. As for the food ….it was so bad it was inedible. An insult . If you want a quick takeaway and come across this avoid they rip you off and the food is terrible. Plenty of other better places up the road in Withington village. On a lighter note try Aladdin next...

Absolutely awful service.

I ordered over £110 worth of food for a group of people. The main reason we chose this place was that it had buy one get one free on many different pizzas. We received all other food but not the free pizzas.

I called the place and was greeted with a woman called Raja. I asked her about the pizzas and she “went to ask her manager”. After 15 MINUTES waiting on the phone she came back and said i did not select the correct thing on the uber app, which fair enough, was my mistake.

However i was waiting shouting down the phone for 15 minutes trying to get her attention. Her attitude was awful. I confronted the situation and said i was not happy with their service as i had just placed a £110 order and was trying to eat the food.

As the attitude was awful, i then asked to speak to a manager where i was told that she was in fact a manager lol after previously saying “ i will get my manager”. She then provided me with a number of her manager - i called and explained what had just happened but had no interest.

Overall extremely just, ridiculous service to have a customer waiting for 15 minuted to decide whether they can be arsed sending a pizza....

Worst pizzas I ever had. With the kind of food exploration I do, this one is by far the worst and cheap place to have a pizza. I usually order or collect from caprinos altrincham, just wanted to check how this place is (caprinos,Withington). Really sorry but they have the cheapest looking and tasting pizza. There were 2 staff in the restaurant. This lady made a shawarma pizza which is not a shawarma pizza. The annoying thing is none of the pizzas were tasting any where closer to the other caprinos pizza stores. The cheese was stale, The lady in the shop was quite difficult to deal with. Cannot understand what we were saying. I had orders Tuesdays buy one get one free. The store had given me a taste of free pizzas lol. I paid £36 for this worthless food. Everything went into the bin. Total waste of money. Please dont reply to this comment. It won't make any sense apologising after all this experience.

The shawarma pizza in the picture needs a sauce on the pizza, The pic shows what a disaster...
