Pizza Giordana — Local services in Sheffield

After previously writing a stellar review, I was livid last night when my food did not show up. The arrogant and completely unintelligible delivery driver/ worker came up with excuse after excuse until I showed him proof that my order had not arrived. He claimed that it has. Furthermore, upon hearing my legitimate complaints, he hung up on me—4 TIMES. What kind of establishment blatantly LIES to their customers with respect to them having received their food? This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I went hungry last night without any dinner. I demand a refund IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will report you as a scam of a business and you can return to whatever already menial job you previously f*cked around in. Once again, should I not receive this refund within the next week, please be aware that there will be serious consequences. Fraud/theft are crimes. You will be prosecuted for it, given the dozens of others who did not receive their food either. And the abhorrent treatment of a repeat customer who previously wrote you a glowing review. Choose wisely.

Furthermore, I expect an inmediate response in order to resolve this farcical situation. Surely you must know, given the business that you are in, that when a customer pre-pays for food, the onus is on you to DELIVER IT. Once again, refund me or you will face yourself with legal...

Discovered this fairly hidden shop whilst doing alot of walking around the city the past few months whilst dieting.

Decided to take the gamble, and pick up a pizza on my way home from the gym today.

Always looked quiet when I previously walked past (the owner hides in the back unless a customer enters), though a second customer did come in whilst I was there today.

Positives: Pizza wasn't greasy, unlike many you'll find on west street. Prices are very competitive (especially if you buy enough for the deals available).

Negatives: Base had a kind of bready texture, almost chewy (maybe 8mm thick), not sure if it wasn't cooked all the way through. Pizza wasn't cut through properly, had to get my own pizza cutter out when I got home.

(Contrary to a review I read on GrubHub they do accept card, though there's still a bank transfer notice on the counter)
