Domino's Pizza - Marple — Local services in Stockport

Awful place. Manager was seriously economical with the truth and rude when they failed to deliver what was ordered. Because my teens called to sort it out, they took advantage and refused to send new pizza, saying, we could wait while everything went cold and they delivered what we had ordered. She clearly had a massive attitude from the start. Made the situation worse and denied she had refused to send new pizza - When initially she had. By the time she offered a new pizza three phone calls later, she had been so vile and rude it was too late. We have been loyal customers for a while, but never again. We only ordered 3 things - how hard is it. Be fair. Pizza stays hot for a very short space of time. Less than ten minutes. You messed up. You failed to sort it out with any kind of reasonable fairness or class. She needs sacking or...

They said we had ordered for collection not delivery despite my partner calling them up just after ordering to ask the driver to come to the back door not the front as we were having work done at the front and he would get full of mud - they looked at our order and said yeah we'll let the delivery driver to call you when he gets there but when it hadnt arrived half an hour later and we called back the Manager had the worst attitude I've ever come across - saying fine dont order from here again then ite your responsibility not ours to select delivery - which despite his attitude i could get but they had acknowledged it was to be delivered when we had called 30 mins prior - we usually order from here a couple of times a month at £50 a time but won't be using them again - just about as arrogant...

Ordered through the app, had a confirmation email to say it is being made... phoned up to say i ordered to the wrong address and we’re happy to pick it up. At first one guy read my order out and another said they have not received my order and will be refunded in 7 WORKING days! Then told us he’s not allowed to give his name or the store managers name( to make a complaint) as he was being very disrespectful and rude towards me! He ended the phone on me 2 times and refused to speak to us any further. We then asked another guy for the manager who told us that the guy being rude was the manager (he previously told us the manager was not in) By far the poorest customer service and the WORST dominos branch.
