Customer service is appalling. I’ve noticed it a couple of times have been going. I asked the lady to put my veggie rolls and kebab rolls in separate packets. She said yeah she’s done it flogged me off and still put two in each packet.i ask for to Pasties for £2 and 3 for £3 rolls x 2 and my bill was £9 please can u make that make sense the customer service and how they treat their customers is very rude 😡...

The service was better than a Greggs, and the Jumbo Cheese & Onion Pasty was very tasty — but Christ alive, the Vegetarian Sausage Roll was horrendous, like eating greasy paper, and it made me gag — which is unusual as heck — I would’ve thrown it away if I hadn’t paid for it — but due to the decent pasty, and good service I won’t give less than three stars… just know what to never...

It's cheap and ok for a quick snack if out and about and wanting something to eat but every time I go in for a veg curry roll or vegetarian sausage roll they've very rarely got any left!? Surely if something sells out that much you would know to bake/heat more!? Same with the Tuna and cheese panini's. They sell out quicker than the meat eater version yet they never...
