Excellent service from Joseph James. Such a quick turnaround from payment to delivery. My sofa was delivered excellently packaged and delivered so quickly. Sofa quality is excellent and I’m so glad that I purchased it from Joseph James for a fraction of the price of buying it directly from the retailer. Such a bargain for a quality sofa and service. Communication has been great. They responded to all my messages quickly and made the buying process even more enjoyable. They even sent me a video clip of the sofa before it was shipped which added to the experience of the buying process. The sofa in person is perfect. It’s a great quality sofa and aesthetically pleasing. I went with the DFS Lexia 3 seater sofa without the retailer price tag or the high delivery charge. I bought a sofa assisted by Joe instore. No hassle or pressure, just friendly and helpful. It was delivered 3 days later to my upstairs flat. Again very smooth and efficient. After the drivers left I realised there was a problem with the recliner not fully retracting. Having spoken to Ewen in customer services, sombody was quickly sent to have a look at it. Darren took time to have a good look at it and take it apart but couldn't fix it. Then sombody called Matthew came. He soon had it sorted. He also took the time to show me how to lock the mechanism so my grandson can't fiddle with it. He also moved the plugs to underneath and fastened all the wires up so they weren't visible. I had one of the best buying experiences I've had in a long time, when I was taken to Joseph James furniture outlet to look for sofas for my new home recently! Janice was amazing and attentive to my needs, even though she was training a new employee. She did her utmost to help me choose exactly what I was looking for, and gave me a free rug which matched perfectly with the three seater sofa and recliner I purchased (at a very good price I might add). They were stored for me until I was ready to move, and delivered free of charge!
