Great Venue. The staff were very helpful with our needs. I had ordered food but our bowling was just about to start and having a little one with me I mentioned to the staff it may take me a few minutes to get back to get the food. They said no problem. But rather than using the buzzer they just delivered it to our lane. SPOT ON SERVICE. I hadn't even asked. My only negative feedback was that I felt the signage wasn't the best to find the bowling from outside. It was clear it was the cinema but not as clear it was bowling for someone who had never been before. Just a list of attractions on the front door rather than just cinema signage would be good. Don’t bother! This is a play per time rather than play per game alley. Our group of 4 only managed 8 rounds before our game stopped suddenly and we were kicked off. We had no breaks and played at a normal speed. There was no onscreen warning/countdown, or mention when we first entered the bowling alley which is ridiculous. This is also an extremely inaccessible method - my partner uses a wheelchair, and so it is far harder for us to ‘rush’ through the rounds. The bowling alley was also empty, and they had obviously put people on the same alley straight after to catch you out. The lanes are also very short. Booked here many times for a group booking. Staff are always amazing, great communication during the booking process, simple payment on arrival, bar service and food service is quick and easy, we managed to get the semi-private room this last time which added to the experience. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to sort out, they email you the scores at the end. We ahd issues with the AC not working and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable during our visit. Look forward to...
