Twice received the wrong dose. Gave incorrect expiration info for insulin, insisted they were correct until i directed them to the manufacturer's insert. If they do not have medication in stock, they do not communicate that, simply dont fill the script and wait for you to ask about it. If they dont stock medication, they do not order, just send you to another cvs to pick up. Waited 9 days for basic, commonly used insulin needles, promised day after day, finally they said " why dont you just go to walgreens?". So we did. Transferred all prescriptions to walgreens. Took over a week to accomplish, beacuse cvs would not respond to walgreens request for the records. Finally walgreens told us they would not deal with this cvs anymore, because they do not respond, suggested we ask doctor to reorder all scripts to walgreens since cvs would not cooperate with the process. Drs office complained that they could not reach the pharmacist when they needed to speak to them. 5 calls to cvs corporate customer service to try to correct these issues along the way. Finally they got records transferred. Did not explain why the store would not respond to our requests until corporate got involved, and they did not seem to care. Although was always promised the " district leader" would investigate the complaints, and that someone would get back to me, there was never a response. Finally they told me all the info i gave them was only for their internal use, and they never respond to the customer with an explantion. I asked cvs speciality, yesterday, to send meds over to this cvs. Today, I drove to this local cvs store to pick up my meds and the guy acted as if I'm bothering him. He didn't seem to want to talk with me but he did. I gave him my info and he said he couldn't find my meds in the system. I asked him, was it sent to another store he said yes. He couldn't tell me which one. So now I'm on the phone with cvs customer service to track down my meds and she informed me that it was at this location and was sent at 2:05pm. The customer service lady got on the phone with the head pharmacist who rudely hung up on her.. The guy finally says that they found it and it and that it wasn't put into their systems. The head pharmacist comes over and tells me that the reason they didn't see it bcuz it came during their lunch break. I submitted a fraud claim & while I was awaiting a response the store managers at this locale told me they removed all Amazon & Visa gift cards due to widespread fraud at this location. Moments ago a rep from CVS informed me the claim was denied and shifted the responsibility to me. I should call Amazon?!? I DON'T THINK SO! CANCELLING MY EXTRA CARE CARD, PRESCRIPTIONS, ETC.
