Initially, they were great. Amanda was fantastic helping us. No complaints from her.
We ordered bedroom furniture, living and dining from home zone.
We were informed that most of the furniture was in stock, but the chest would take about a week, and some extra chairs and ottomans would be approximately 5 to 6 weeks. Okay, no problem. We paid for delivery and we were told all furniture would be delivered when it arrived.
Initial delivery of in stock items was fair, delivery drivers broke a drawer but called for a replacement while still at our house. We were told we would receive a call and replacement the next day. Three days later, no call, no replacement. I called and did eventually receive a replacement a week later.
Now 6 weeks later, still waiting for the backordered pieces, I went by the store to check on the arrival time. I was told they had all but 2 of the pieces at the store.
I never received a phone call, or delivery. The salesman helping said we didn't pay for delivery. However all earlier pieces were delivered without issue.
I told him I would take what he had now. Thankfully I have a truck. So I had to assemble myself, haul trash boxes, and lift heavy furniture that I paid delivery for.
Additionally, I saw where the furniture had been sitting in store for over a month without any type of notification whatsoever.
The person in store seemed to care less and more interested in talking to his coworker.
Still waiting for 2 more pieces, hopefully I get them one day.
Be careful if they don't have what you want in stock.
Update: changing my review to 5 stars.
I was contacted by both the local store manager as well as the regional manager. Both went above and beyond to help resolve our issues. Both were very helpful and understanding.
I will continue to shop here based on the fantastic response by the management team. In fact, I will be ordered a few more pieces in the near future.

Read moreDaniel was all smiles the moment I stepped through the door, like a sales ninja ready to pounce. I’m not into the whole shadowing thing; I like to get straight to the point. I told him, "I need a leather sofa—black or brown, cheap, not hideous, and it has to fit in my car." He led me to a black, cheap, leather sofa that was about as appealing as a week-old sandwich. "Nope, not this one, Daniel."
Next up was a handsome brown leather number, but it wasn't available until the end of the week. My living room was sofaless, I needed one today. Then we stumbled upon a grey, cheap, leather sofa that looked like it had seen better days. "Nope, nope, nope."
Finally, we ventured into the clearance section, and there she was—brown, cheap, leather, on clearance, and ready to roll. Sure, she was a floor model, so who knows how many backsides had graced her cushions, but I wasn't bothered. JW and Daniel wrapped the sofa in cellophane and wheeled it out to bay number three.
Now came the real adventure: fitting this behemoth into my minivan. My guys were legends—they spun that sofa around like pros, even consulted YouTube with me on how to dismantle my car seats. We loaded her up, tied her down, and endured the incessant dinging of my hatch warning for the entire 25-minute drive home. It was enough to test anyone’s sanity.
Once home, my kids eagerly joined in the chaos of wrestling this monster through the front door. Because, naturally, I didn’t measure the door before embarking on this mission. With lots of shoving and a bit of colorful language, we finally got her inside.

Read moreDaniel was amazing!! This was the first time my husband and I have been into a Home Zone since we just moved here, and we were not disappointed! Daniel greeted us when we first walked in, asked what we were looking for, and directed us towards what we were interested in. He let us know they are not commission based (awesome!) so let him know if we had questions. Such a great environment overall! This was the first store of the day so when I saw multiple pieces I liked, I felt I needed to look at a couple other stores to be sure… No problem at all. We looked elsewhere, and they were pressured sales environments, double the price, and not as good looking of products. So we immediately went back to Home Zone and purchased everything! Daniel greeted us again, answered all our questions throughly! He had knowledge on everything, was able to relate and explain it all to us in a way we could understand, all without ever feeling uncomfortable! He double checked on delivery dates for us, verified everything with us, and even got us the pieces in the collection we wanted and removed the ones we didn’t want, saving us money! We are super excited to get our master bedroom collection and new mattress next week and may be back again for the kitchen furniture!
