Crossroads Shopping Center — Local services in Abilene

The Shopping Mall needs to have a repair and repavement. The trash all over the grounds is unattractive and maintenance should be done on the concrete. There is only 2 Handicap spots that I saw & there is a missed chance for a Ramp in the middle of the Mall where no cars can park and block the ramp. Half the Mall doesn't have coverage over the walkway. It makes the stores there hot and it's uncomfortable for shoppers as well. All in all Crossroads Shopping Mall has a great many stores to suit many needs. Which has earned them a higher rating in my opinion than I would normally give, given the issues I raised. Especially the Handicap issues. They need to be addressed...

Lowes was understaffed and unorganized! An employee had to get our purchase, a refrigerator filter, from the stock room, because shelves were empty. He even commented tbeir employees seldom stocked the shelves, because they didn't like doing it. He was kind enough to check in their system to see if they had some in stock. After returning from the stock room with 2 boxes of filters, he replenished...
