Not sure what has happened staffing wise but an overall or some managerial intervention needs to happen here or something. Don't expect much out of TB as it's a fast food chain but I was the only one in line the other day looking to get my mobile order in quick and back to the house as a few days prior we went inside (big mistake currently) and I pulled up to the menu at 7:01 and up to the window at 7:03. I got my dinks fast...but I pulled away from the window at 7:31! That is not fast food. That is probably gonna need to nuke it when I get back home 7 blocks away food. It was 3 cravings box meals and 3 drinks nothing complex! Got home and 2 of the items didn't have meat in them! I am (for now) choosing to go to Bueno across the road or driving 4 miles north to go to the next one just to avoid the staff at this particular store. Went inside twice recently and it was no different...possibly worse as the front desk lady just stared with an absent look on her face like we weren't there for like 8 minutes before acknowledging our presence and the wait was extremely long in there as well (this the drive through experience) I get this is a busy store but management may need to intercede or at the very least get their own hands dirty to lead by example. I've worked back of house I know the stress of it but morale is down, training is inadequate, or leading by example is working against you here...it definitely wasn't shortness of staff which would be understandable but I counted 4 on each side of the aisle when we were in there and that's just the ones I...
Read moreSo, where do I start. I came in this evening to get some dinner for the family after a long day. Everything is great till I get home and realize they forgot to put some food in the bag. More specifically all the wife’s food lol . While funny now it was not at the time. So, as any good husband would do, I call them to let them know that they had forgot food in my order, and to figure out a way to remedy the situation. Well… long story short they put me on hold and after 20 minutes I hung up and tried to call back, but now the line is tied up with my previous call. I decide to drive back to the Taco Bell for Buffalo Gap and talk to the manager on shift. This was not necessary over 6 bucks but I was mad over the way I was treated. I won’t say names but it’s the evening shift on 9/24/2024 if the owner reads this. I talked to the manager and explain to her that this situation is unacceptable, I stay calm but am stern and to the point. I really don’t want to traumatize the young lady but the situation was uncalled for. As for recommendations I would suggest going somewhere else. I should not have to inspect my order everytime I get food here. I paid $40 for some bottom shelf food and I got bad service… no thanks I will take my business somewhere else. Order#...
Read moreThe person taking the order was so rude when we asked for a crunchywrap box the person taking our order looked upset and once we picked the box, then wanted to change the orders contents from beef to beans (we are vegetarian). He told us that was too complicated throughout all of this he gave us weird looks about our clothing (were Indian we were wearing sari). And that's also only the first item the next item was 2 beefy mini cheese quesadillas before we could tell him that we were going to sub from beef to beans he got onto us again and said WE DONT HAVE THOSE PICK SOMETHING ELSE! Again we settled on 2 mini chicken quesadillas and subbed from beef to beans when we finally got the orders we got black beans instead of refried we asked and he says we'll you asked for beans and you got some just eat it. We felt offended luckily someone else overheard him and she helped us out. The only reason it's not a 1 star is because we are regular customers and we don't get that kind of service ever. Usually the employees there are nicer. just that one guy left a bad taste...
