Nick did a fantastic job making us very comfortable, listened to, and finding different shoes that better matched our needs than what my husband originally picked. Trade Shoes is the place to go to be treated like Cinderella. Please let me tell you why. I had been to several shoes store on Sunday morning. Most of them would just point ant shoes and say over there. Then another store simple said we don’t have it in your size. Went there to get some shoes and was met with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in any shoe related store. KANE was exceptionally patient and kind in helping me. HE made the experience. In fact this place has earned my business from here on out, not because of the product -(altho it's all fantastic) - but because of the level of service KANE provided.
