My bracelet broke 11 days after receiving it. The online help told me to take it to the store to exchange it instead of returning it. The manager, Irma and associate were very rude and would not exchange it because it was not in "good condition" which of course is because it was broken. There were no signs of wear or discoloration. they told me I should have bought the warranty. The $50 warranty for a $200 bracelet that only lasted 11 days. After being turned away I contacted the online service and sent a picture of the bracelet and they didn't understand why they refused to exchange my bracelet. They let me turn the item and repurchase it, which ended up being cheaper than what I paid originally and gave me a discount for the inconvenience from the staff at this store. There are way too many other places to shop for jewelery than to be treated like that by a store that doesn't stand by their products. I would have understood 6 months later or even 3 months later but the return policy says return within 30 days or exchange within 60 days and they refused to honor that at the store itself. As I was leaving the manager made a snarky comment to the associate saying that's what the warranty is for which was rude and unprofessional especially when the item broke after only 11 days of having it and the 2nd time I wore it. BREE asked if I had insurance which my husband hadn’t bought. Luckily, Megan came over and decided since it was new she would just switch it out. Very happy with this fix. Then Bree asked if I was having a bad day and said I was rude to her. I explained my tone was because she never said she would fix the problem/ didn’t say sorry it broke/ and just said I didn’t have insurance. She said that she was new and I told her ok, next time you should reassure someone you’ll fix it. Then she called me rude AGAIN!!! So o asked for corporates number then she started audibly talking about me but I stopped listening. Take away: avoid Bree like the plague, she has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Im appalled this company is employing her.
