My bracelet broke 11 days after receiving it. The online help told me to take it to the store to exchange it instead of returning it. The manager, Irma and associate were very rude and would not exchange it because it was not in "good condition" which of course is because it was broken. There were no signs of wear or discoloration. they told me I should have bought the warranty. The $50 warranty for a $200 bracelet that only lasted 11 days. After being turned away I contacted the online service and sent a picture of the bracelet and they didn't understand why they refused to exchange my bracelet. They let me turn the item and repurchase it, which ended up being cheaper than what I paid originally and gave me a discount for the inconvenience from the staff at this store. There are way too many other places to shop for jewelery than to be treated like that by a store that doesn't stand by their products. I would have understood 6 months later or even 3 months later but the return policy says return within 30 days or exchange within 60 days and they refused to honor that at the store itself. As I was leaving the manager made a snarky comment to the associate saying that's what the warranty is for which was rude and unprofessional especially when the item broke after only 11 days of having it and the 2nd time I wore it. Had an AWFUL experience with BREE today. I brought a necklace in, that was bought less than a month ago and only wore once, which had broke. BREE asked if I had insurance which my husband hadn’t bought. Luckily, Megan came over and decided since it was new she would just switch it out. Very happy with this fix. Then Bree asked if I was having a bad day and said I was rude to her. I explained my tone was because she never said she would fix the problem/ didn’t say sorry it broke/ and just said I didn’t have insurance. She said that she was new and I told her ok, next time you should reassure someone you’ll fix it. Then she called me rude AGAIN!!! So o asked for corporates number then she started audibly talking about me but I stopped listening. Take away: avoid Bree like the plague, she has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Im appalled this company is employing her. Megan is AMAZING- if it wasn’t for her I’d never step foot in there again If you decide to go to Kay, ask for Megan or Irma. They will take...

Emily has been wonderful. She personally gets 5 stars!!! This girl knows what she is doing, and she was looking for stuff in our account back prior to 1998!!! I will add pictures when my ring comes back. One part is 90 yrs old!!! Husband's Grandparent's gave us their first band they had been married 50 years when we got married. We celebrated our 40th in December of last year. The other's are from 1998. Received my rings back on the day promised and they look beautiful as always! Another perfect repair. Fixed where I some how caught them and they were no longer round on one of the anniversary bands, they didn't align with each other, some stones needed tightening, the sapphire needed to be reset ( it was crocked in mount), tightened, and one of the anniversary band needed to be widened ( I never take them off except when cooked/mixing with bare hands) so every few years one band needs that. I tend to wear them till they get thin.

The people at Kay's in the Mall of Abilene are incredible. Specially Megan, she went above and beyond for me. I was beyond nervous so send it off, but Kay's kept me in the loop of where it was, and when I could expect to get it back. They eased my mind with all the what ifs i had. Unfortunately life happens, but Megan made sure to make it work. I'm so thankful to Megan and her willingness to work with me.

The people at Kay's in the Mall of Abilene are incredible. Specially Megan, she went above and beyond for me. I sent my ring off to be repaired and sized, later got a call that I was going out of town for work. Megan got ahold of the Jared's handling my repairs, got them to move me up in line, and got them to overnight my ring. I leave out Monday, and thanks to Megan, I'll be leaving with my ring.
