Verizon — Local services in Abilene

Don't waste your time going to this store you will get better service going to a corporate store. Worse case of customer service I have ever experienced!

I Bought 2 iPhone X on a Black Friday special and did not receive the rebates I was supposed to get. They fired the manager who sold the phones to me and when I called after several attempts the current manager acted as it was a bother or that they didn't have time to follow up on the rebate.
