Rackets Tap House — Restaurant in Abilene

Thank you for a delightful experience after a long day on the road in our rv. We just loved meeting the owner and hearing her story. This tap house is so well-appointed in its decor that is fitting for the time period of the town but with a current twist. The bubble glass vintage plates are a great choice for presenting your charcuterie creations. The hearty bowls of homemade chicken soup loaded with noodles, chunky potatoes, and carrots were delicious. Keep up the good work. You have an excellent vision.

My wife and I absolutely loved Rackets Tap House. The self-serve beer wall was such a fun experience—sampling different brews at our own pace made it feel personal and relaxed. We shared a gorgeous charcuterie board overflowing with fresh meats, cheeses, fruit, and spreads, and every bite was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, and the staff made us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place we can’t wait to come back...

We have been to Rackets Tap House a couple of times so far. We’ve ordered from the food trucks, but also want to try a charcuterie board next time. Great staff and relaxed, casual atmosphere!
