I was so happy to see this restaurant in my neighborhood. I ordered often at work from their Bustleton Ave. store. I was so happy to place my first order from this new store and it was a disaster from the beginning. I clearly gave my correct address, yet, the food was sent to an address in Jenkintown. Every order something was missing and they never gave me my reciept until I requested it. I should have learned from my first order- as I was giving my credit card info. I recieved an alert to my phone to let me know the transaction was made. They charged my card $6 extra. I told the person who took my order. He said people always report that problem, the register would correct itself that evening and I'd get my money back. Sent screen shot of the alert to my phone and a pic of the receipt and order slip. Waiting for the owner to correct this as per the manager. I believe that that was an intentional over charge with a bogus excuse. Pay attention, get a receipt. I am done with this restaurant. Oh, and I was charged extra for coleslaw when I ordered two cheesesteak platters. Platters come with fries AND coleslaw. I was told no, the menu changed. My husband called and was told that it would take 30 minutes for the rest of the food to be delivered. 40 minutes later, the missing food was still not delivered. I called and was told that it would be another 15 minutes and it is taking this long because it's Thursday and it's raining. It is beyond my comprehension what the relationship is between the order not being complete, when delivered, the day of the week and weather. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the manager is not there until tomorrow. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told by Shawna that they are old enough and do not need anyone to supervise them. Read moreGLUTEN FREE BEWARE We ordered a regular pizza and a smaller gluten free pizza for my daughter who has Celiac’s Disease. The “GF” pizza arrived with broccoli on it. My husband called and they offer to deliver the GF pizza we ordered. When the pizza finally arrived, we realized that the original smaller GF pizza was NOT gluten free and my daughter had eaten a piece. I called to alert the owner. He stated HE KNEW the smaller pizza was not GF when he checked the original order. He blamed the cook for making the wrong pizza and did not apologize, stating “it’s just something that happened”... He did not call us to say the first small pizza was not GF. The owner only apologized after I told him how sick my daughter would be tonight.
