All I've ever worked in was retail and I guess customers always right isn't the same service anymore. Just left store 3 minutes ago and had horrible service from an employee named Michele! There were three signs up at the gift bag section for a buy one get one half off; at register, she said the sale ended yesterday. I mentioned that there's promo signs everywhere and her remark was "we must've forgot a sign" I mentioned there were three signs still up for the promo. This rating is due to lack of store volume control. They need to instuite hand sanitizer, temp checks and volume control. Large store but tight isles and tight gathering spaces! I have shopped here before and have had good experiences. I actually picked up a card and at that moment decided no one will be getting cards from me this year! Cashier felt the need to comment on the gay wedding card I was buying for my friends upcoming nuptials. Said it was unfortunate but hey, its their choice.
