All I've ever worked in was retail and I guess customers always right isn't the same service anymore. Just left store 3 minutes ago and had horrible service from an employee named Michele! There were three signs up at the gift bag section for a buy one get one half off; at register, she said the sale ended yesterday. I have shopped here before and have had good experiences. I actually picked up a card and at that moment decided no one will be getting cards from me this year!
