I normally like coming into this store and I only visited this store about 3 times overall since it opened. Unfortunately when I went to shop in this store on 2/1/18 and I felt a weird vibe from one of the Caucasian employees who was sorting a rack. She didn't even greet me when I came in the store just stared off and on while I was looking around. Then I asked her a question and she answered but it was a weird look afterwards and I immediately walked away to look around some more. As I made my way to the other side where the registers are I heard the same Caucasian employee say to her African American co-worker, "That's her right there." I saw the Caucasian employee try to play it off from the corner of my eye as I was watching them talking about me for what reason I don't know. The Caucasian employee acted as if she was really concentrating on her register while talking about me at the same time. I went back to the previous side again and low and behold the Caucasian employee mysteriously made her way to the other side where I was. Two new customers had entered the store before I came back to the other side and she actually greeted them. It definitely didn't seem to be racial since her co-worker and the other customers were African American. I don't know what the odd behavior was about. I did hear the two African American customers who was standing near the Caucasian employee talking with each other and one of them yells, "Oh you saw that too!" I'm not sure what that was about either. I will just shop online from now on when it comes to this store. I also know for a fact that there was some issue with me because when the African American employee rang me up she had a smirk on her face and she barely made eye contact when I was next up line or even bothered to say next in line. I just had to post this review because maybe someone else out there has felt uncomfortable about being in this store as well. I used to work in retail which is why I analyze other retail employees behavior and always find good things or bad things they do. Hopefully Management will have a talk with the employees about...

If I can give this so called establishment 0 stars I would. It started right from the beginning when I brought what I was looking to purchase to the register I asked the worker (African American) if she’d let me know how much everything cost before ringing what I wanted up …she immediately gave me attitude and told me she doesn’t have time for that …she starts slamming every piece of my clothing and crumbled everything into a ball in a bag too small…I talked to the manager (blonde) …she emphasized and apologized for that girl’s behavior…I went in a hand full of times (I’ve spent hundreds) and instead of tearing the clothing apart like every customer does …I’d just ask the manager for it …the 2 other workers must of not liked that…Altho I never asked either of them to hand me NOT 1 thing) It was the girl working most recently …I asked her about the price …she told me I need to read signs and that she’s not my personal shopper (I never asked her to get me one thing!) …(there was no sign) she yet again slammed everything on the register …she called me nasty …entitled …and ugly …she then told me she and her other co worker (half black half white hair) both hate me …and they don’t want to ring me out …she told me to shop elsewhere …then laughed & talked about me to the two 13 yr old girls that were next in line… the other one told me I’m 30 yrs too old for the clothing…..I told both I’d be back to talk to their manager …she defended her staff instead and told me I’m no longer welcomed in. She’s 2 faced and going to mismanage that store straight into the ground. That worker was clearly racist towards me and they pick and choose who to be nice to….it’s like “they don’t want to do their job” …It boiled down to they didn’t want me in their store “just because they didn’t like me” …that’s big time bad business …also I overheard the one girl complaining about her manager to another co worker …how professional is that! ….don’t let the low prices….pull you in ..It comes at a price to pay …plus the material is cheap ….poor In Quality …and itches ….The store is an absolute mess! Needless to say I’m never returning...

The worth store ever!!! That was my firs experience and last one!!! I bought swimwear but change my mind and came back in an hour to ask about return.The girl said that I can't return, since they do JUST exchange or store credit😳 No one told me that before take my money. Moreover when she saw that I want return swimwear she said that they policy doesn't allow to exchange or return swimwear or underwear🤪 Again!!!!! Whay no one told me that before they sold it?????? She said: It's on a recite, you can see it! But! Customers get their recite after they paid money, so how that information can help you if you already paid and so can't exchange or return? They are very fast to take your money but no one care...
