For the Grand Prairie location…If I could give Zero stars I would. I wouldn’t shop here if you don’t want your time or money wasted. I paid an $43 fee to start the loan with Snap finance and $70 delivery fee just to get 3 different washers that did not work. My husband even allowed them to take the broken washer that I’m sure can be fixed. They tested the outlets and said they worked. They FaceTimed my husband showing him a washer that worked in the warehouse. No one EVER answers the phone nor calls back after the initial sale. Snap and myself kept calling to end my loan because I ended up going through Aaron’s and the washer works. I went up there today (10/4/24) since no one answers and never returned calls because Snap needs to hear from them verbally to end the loan and get their money back. No one was at the front desk, the front door has a verbal alarm, no one came to the front to greet us. I opened the door 5 times to try to get someone but no one came until I practically yelled hello to which someone responded from the OPEN doors in the hall not far from where I was standing. They wanted me to wait for them to call Snap even though I had them on the phone. Snap went ahead and ended the loan and Maria the owner wasn’t willing to refund anything that was paid even though I have nothing of theirs and they took out washer. There are PLENTY of places to go that offers loans through Snap. Go there! Anywhere but here!!! I don’t leave reviews, I had to because the level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication was so baffling it seems liked a joke,...

Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Brand new products. Unfortunately the delivery guy was late. He didn’t want to set up my appliances & found out the next day he broke my door & didn’t say anything. He left all his trash did not clean up behind himself. Delivery alone I would not use this company again...

I am so pleased I found these guys! I recently purchased a NEW oven and fridge (small dent and scratch-but not bad) at an amazing price! Got home plugged the fridge in and I am so so pleased! The family was very helpful in loading the appliances for the long drive back to the new build! I WILL DEFINITELY BE PURCHASING...
