Well... Let's see. I walked in with work clothes on to get an online order. The snotty kids at the hosts podium didn't want to speak to me. So I finally engaged them and asked where I could go to get an online order. The little girl replied, "I don't know, but here's a menu." I told here that I had already placed an order, and only needed to pick up the order. To which she replied, "Just go over by the bar" , they will help you. End.. The Bartender.... Possibly the nicest person working at this particular place. Cordial, welcoming, and attentive. He promptly asked me if he could help me, All the while smiling. I got my information and promptly went to get my order. He soon came back out of the kitchen, and said, "Your order will be right out sir" Than you Mr Bartender,... You may be the saving grace for this place. END
To the girl who brought out my order, who seemed she'd rather be eaten by fire ants, who acted as if working was an inconvenience for her, You may have had a long day at work, That , I can understand. As someone who works a minimum of 12-15 hours daily 6-7 days a week, I UNDERSTAND, but friendly customer service is you job priority. The low sighs of aggravation when a customer asks a question, not appreciated. END
Once I got my food, I wanted to make a swift exit from this ,less than welcoming, place. four FOUR kids were just standing at the podium as an elderly couple were leaving. Not one of them had the respect to open the door and hold it for them. REALLY!!! ?? They were too busy snickering amongst themselves to be bothered with the people who make sure their bosses can pay their lazy a$$e$. END
The food,, I've had better microwaved lasagna, than the Classico Lasagna they served, the soups were incorrect.
My advice to the Bartender ( short haired white guy with the short beard that was working Saturday night) RUN....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You can do...
Read moreI have eaten here many times and never had an issue until today. There’s four of us eating and my daughter who’s a baby. We wait a little bit for the waitress who takes our order and she says some things in kind of a mocking way but we ignored it. A runner delivered our food and for some reason in the beginning the waitress took off our ziosk so we could not pay using it. We have to yell across the aisle to get her to come over and ask for our check. She only had three tables with only two and three people. She was obviously not very busy. We wait 40 minutes and there is no sight of her. One of the other tables was looking for her as well. We are very polite people and I know we did not do anything rude to her. So after 40-50 minutes we go to the host stand to try and pay. One host tells us we can’t Pay there and she’ll go look for her. The host is gone for a good ten minutes and another one goes looking as well. They said they can’t find her. She finally comes to the front and takes the bill with the card. We are waiting a long time AGAIN so we ask for the manager. She comes and the girl sees me speaking to her so she comes right up behind the manager and says “mhm mhm” as I’m talking. I was literally in disbelief. I have no idea why this lady was SO rude to us for no reason. The food was good but the service was the WORST I have ever experienced in my entire life. This girl should definitely not be working there and she should’ve apologized and it’s so weird that no one could find her for such a long time. Where was she? Where did she go? And when she conviently came back as I was speaking to the manager why did she act the way she did? Olive Garden should look for competent staff members because most people would’ve just left without paying. It should not be a...
Read moreNow yes, it is a chain and same food across the board at all of them, but really it is not only the food that will bring you back, but the service as well. Now my co-worker and I go out everyday for lunch, we frequent this particular Olive Garden as it is close and we tend to eat right for lunch (salads). We tend to always get the soup and salad. We eat at this location often and tend to get the same waiters or over time you get to recognize who is who. So, I felt I would do a review after the last visit a week ago as we go in and they seat us in a more closed off area with less people and the waitress comes up to take the drink order, she was welcoming as usual and yes we have had her a few times in the past. She started off by asking if I wanted my usual water and bowl of lemons and if my partner wanted the water or the peach tea. So she walks away and we both say, hey, see how she remembers us...even after not having her for a month or so. She comes back with the drinks and asked if we were having the usual.....soup and salad and even named the soup...the Chicken & Gnocchi we always get, then turned to my coworker and said and I know you don't like a lot of gnocchi in yours so I will pick them out. Now that right there is impressive! Her name is Josey T. and for her to remember details like that is very impressive. she always has a smile and makes sure you are her concern. All of that makes you say, when we come back we ask for her only!!! Thank you Josey for such a wonderful experience at such a chain. Yes the food is good, but Josey takes it a step further to make Olive Garden's slogan come true "When your here, your family" Thank you...
