NEM Spring Roll Bar — Restaurant in Addison

We decided to try Nem Spring Rolls Bar for my birthday instead of our usual hotpot or Korean BBQ, and it was such a great choice for our group of six! The food was fresh, fast, and delicious.

Big shoutout to Alex for recommending the Pho Wings, Nem Wings, and Patinis—all excellent picks. My personal favorite was the Nem Nuong spring roll, which comes with two sauces and paired perfectly with the sugarcane drink. The prickly pear fountain drink was also super refreshing.

The restaurant had plenty of seating when we arrived around 6:30 pm on a weekday, and the overall atmosphere and service were fantastic—10/10.

Just two small suggestions for the owners that would make the experience even better: Adding a diaper changing station in the restroom to help out parents with little ones. Installing a sunshade curtain for the front window—when the sun was setting, it kept shining right into our eyes.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nêm and I can confidently say it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of.

The menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options, with something for everyone, whether you’re a meat lover or a vegetarian. I opted for the a salad bowl with grilled chicken and it was absolutely delicious.

What impressed me most was the sauce selection. The sauces were creative, with unique combinations that are both refreshing and inventive. If you’re a sauce junkie like me, the options are endless.

It’s the kind of place you can go for a casual dinner or to grab a quick bite.

Overall, Nêm is a fantastic addition to the local dining scene. Excellent food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere make this a spot I’ll definitely be returning to....

I’ve been to NEM twice now, and each time has been a great experience. The spring rolls are incredibly fresh, and I love being able to customize them to my taste: shrimp, basil, mint, cilantro, pickled daikon, jalapeños, and crispy elements for extra crunch. It’s the perfect bite every time! One thing that really stands out is their commitment to freshness. All the proteins are cooked fresh, and every fried item is made to order, ensuring everything is hot, crispy, and full of flavor. But what truly sets NEM apart is the enthusiastic, welcoming staff. They were incredibly kind and helpful on my first visit, and by the second, they even recognized me! One of them even fist-bumped me over my sauce choice, which was such a fun moment. Great food, great service, and a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to....
