They will not listen to you. So I am not someone who likes to get into confrontations all right bad reviews, but I took a day off to cool down from the situation and I can't believe how appalling my service was. I walked in needing a gel polish change, I had very thick gel polish on because i had gone to a true professional for the nails that I had at the time, not the sloppy two coat jobs that are common here. (It's my nail girls wedding this weekend otherwise I would have gone to her) Well I sit down in Toms chair and he starts filing and stops and says that I have acrylic on. No I have gel. I know that I have gel. (I should have left now because it only got worse) This goes back and forth for several minutes and at this point I say just take off the polish and let me leave, I don't want to get new polish. He's still huffy and telling me what I have on my nails and essentially saying that I'm lying or don't know what I had done previously. I tell Tom out right that I don't appreciate that he's not listening to me and that I do in fact know what is on my finger and he tells me that I'm the one not listening. I was shaking I was so mad at this point. Again I should have left but he was still filing my nails at this point. He walked away as I finished washing my hands and David comes over, there is still a layer of gel on my nails after two rounds of Tom filing un evenly resulting in some of my nails now being like paper, and he says he can fix it. David was very sweet and helpful and was an angel for someone with social anxiety who doesn't like to get angry in public. He convinced me to get the new polish and I agreed because of how torn up and thin my naturally very thick nails were, and his service was great. I cannot recommend coming here however, I have been a few times before but yesterday was my last. I even texted my nail girl after the appointment to double check that It really was gel and I wasnt the asshole here and she confirmed it was just gel polish. Next time I'll just wait to get...

I went back in and their general manager grudgingly agreed to fix it. His āfixā was the re-glue the nails as he lectured me that I should have never gotten a fill. He completely ignored that fact that I told him I specifically asked my tech if I should get a fill or start over with dip powder and she said I should do the fill. He didnāt care and continued holding onto the fact that it was āmy faultā for getting the fill I told him I wasnāt the professional and his employees should give proper advice and he rudely told me it was obvious I knew nothing. He also wouldnāt guarantee the nails would last and when I explained that I donāt like wasting money and time, he never apologized but instead told me most of his customers spend much more then I do, up to $125. Finally, he cut on of my nails diagonal which ruined it even though I told him next time I want to do dip powder, but want to keep a longer length. When I left, I called the store and when I asked for the manager (I didnāt know at the time the jerk who helped me was the manager) the associate verbatim asked, āwhat are you BOTHERING him with today?ā A customer is never a BOTHER. I called a different location and was promised a call within an hour from the district manager. That was a lie because 1. The DM was off the clock for the day and 2. The DM ādoesnāt speak with customersā and instead I was told to use an online portal. The best part, the portal customer service rep promised me a low ball offer of a $35 gift card, which was already a slap in the face, but wait, it gets better. It has been a month, NO GIFT CARD!!!! I even told them Iād be nice and not post a review because I wanted to let them make it right. Clearly they donāt care, so why should I. Never again Anthony VincĆ©, you are the worst...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeautiful place nice receptionist They told me it would be an hour wait i waited 2 hrs the man I was placed with did not greet me he just played on it phone for 5 minutes before he even decide to look at me They have kids options on there menu for 10yr olds and under took my daughter and niece there they started on my fill first my niece started to spin in chair (Note they only have spinning chairs) I instructed niece to stop then the man then asked me to find someone to watch them because he couldnāt work under this Condition because the child had spinned in a spinning chair So my issue is now that when we originally came in and I signed me and the two girls on the list they were aware that the kids were coming to get their nails done and they were aware that they were going to be there and they have a menu that states that they do kids manicures and pedicures so naturally you would assume that they are kid friendly but in fact they are not some of their workers are in fact rude and he couldāve told me before hand before he started my fill before or at least befor he started taking the gel polish off of my one of my hands that he cannot work under these conditions because then I would have took my money elsewhere and I wouldnāt be walking around with one only one hand polished and still in need of a fill
So it all boils down to if you cannot handle having children in your facility donāt offer children services because I would have not bought them and donāt have me sitting around for two hours just to tell me after-the-fact that i need me to go find someone to watch them
I would not recommend this place because even though the place is beautiful and the receptionist is nice and friendly the workers are not or friendly they seem like they donāt even want to work there Or maybe I just was not up to...
