Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Akron

I have been going to this Robeks since it opened when I was in high school and it has been extremely disappointing recently. I have celiac disease and I cannot have gluten. The granola has gluten, so I always make a point to omit it. Today, I DoorDashed a açaí bowl, made sure to remove granola from the toppings, and called the store after the order was placed to make sure it would not have granola on it. The person who answered the phone said “if” I ordered it without granola, it “shouldn’t” have granola on it. Well, of course, it showed up with granola on it. They called back and told me I could come get a replacement in person, but that isn’t exactly the point when you DoorDash something. May 25th 2023 was my first time ever even going to a Robeks store I heard of Robeks through a co-worker of mine at Michaels in Fairlawn and so I decided to go one day after work and I ordered the straw Nana Berry Bowl and I wasn't aware that if you let it sit too long it wouldn't be good and I put in my refrigerator for like maybe a half hour and looked at it and I didn't like how it looked I nitpicked it but I'm not blaming anybody because I just wasn't sure if it was okay for it to sit out or anything like that or if you had to eat it right away which I did not do but I do plan to go back and try out maybe the avocado toast because it really looked good in the picture but the staff was very friendly to me when I walked in I was greeted and I do plan to go back in the future and I even signed up for the...

Went In to get a normal 800lb gorilla or nuts about protein large. Walk out you my vehicle and the top comes of the cup and it hits the ground. I go back in and ask for another one that said no. Even there’s the one who put the top on my smoothie. It my fault that I the lid came off in my hands even though there’s the one that put it on. I have be coming to this location for quite while and I would never thought that they would do that to a customer. Time have change when it comes to customer service.
