So I've been in North Carolina handling business and I can't receive calls because it says I'm roaming. I had a voicemail pop up on my phone but no vm left so I text the number and say who is this I don't have good service. So it was Jeremy the store manager. He said I been trying to get in contact with you. Note now he's calling me from his personal phone. He said your 4 weeks behind i say no I'm not it's 3 weeks. So he goes to say so you know your late. I'm late every month but I always pay. My thing is don't lie and say I'm behind that far. I feel like he was trying to get more money. This isnt the only problem I've ran in to with this buddy's. I use to call in and make my payments over the phone until they started just taking my payments out without my permission. So one Saturday they called and said your payment is die I stated I was gonna come in Monday and pay it. Simply because I had to go to my other bank to get money out to pay them from my savings account and I don't have a debit card from. So they used a card that I had called to make a payment before and paid my bill. I called and stated I just told you I was coming Monday so why would you take it out my account the man said let me call Jeremy to put it back in your account, he never did. Don't do business with them!!!! If only I could tell you what they did to my friend!

Gm has lied to me about the same agreement numerous times.now. emailed cooperate to get it resolved then got a phone call from gm apologizing saying how great a customer i was and they dis not want to lose my business and they felt obligated to honor my same as cash price and he would call back later that day with the dollar amount, only to get a phone call 5 days later from a different employee stating there no longer going to honor it and " we might as well just return your item" . Absolutly terrible . This is not how you should treat honest hardworking customers. I have already paid off one agreement. Never missed a single payment. Only to get lied to and treated like i been robbed of all the money i have paid on this product ive been paying on for over 5 months now. People work too hard for their money just to be told that your 5 months of payments youve made you basically just threw in the trash.
