I have had several visits to Happy Lashes here in Alameda. MARIA is a lovely person and her salon reflects her lovely presence throughout! I am lucky that I usually see Janeen. She gave me my initial set and also now for fills. She is fantastic, lovely and has great expertise in her professional application of applying the individual lashes She first makes sure that I am comfortable before we begin. Such pampering ♥️ I have felt like falling asleep many times her style is so gentle and she does not rush. I try not to talk but she is super fun and I just adore everything about her! This is not a real salon. Beware. They might do good lash work, I have no idea. But if you're expecting a full professional salon, this is not it. It's in the back storage area of a haircut place. When I went, there was an unleashed dog just wandering the premises. I walked into the closed door room they take you to and I didn't see the same hygiene standards as other salons I've been to. It's totally sketch. I don't mind that kind of thing for a leg wax or eyebrow threading or haircuts, but I wouldn't recommend going with this place for something as delicate as lash extensions. It's not any cheaper than true professional salons so I don't see any reason to take a risk with this place. I let them keep my deposit...
