Found Big John’s from a quick online search after having a horrible online experience with a no name company. Big Johns was a savior of a company. I called and quickly got connected with (spelling?) Chris, who quickly got the measurements of my living room over the phone and texted me options of what could be ordered. I have a small living room and he found the most perfect recliner couch that suits the needs of my family! The delivery guys were also super awesome. The salesperson, Amber, was extremely attentive and friendly. Immediately went to work in helping us understand and find the right bed for us. Took her time and really treated us like she valued our time and business. After finding a mattress that we liked she helped us use the online system to get the frame we wanted.

Delivery and assembly was also quick and painless. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Put a very complicated bed stand together very quickly and demonstrated absolute professionalism.

Amber was awesome and patient with us. We weren't sure what we wanted but she showed us around and we finally found something we (both, myself & husband) loved. Credit with 0% financing for 6 months was approved with no hassle for our purchase of a great sectional, coffee table, end table and area rug.

The guys that delivered and set up the furniture were also great and professional. They were a great team and very knowledgeable about the furniture. They were also patient with me as I had them move furniture around until I was pleased with the placement.
