Don’t waste your money. This place is a joke! JOKE JOKE I ordered the scramble with crispy bacon. The bacon was NOT crispy, and the whole dish was so cold that the shredded cheese didn’t melt. The rim of the dish was covered in sauce when delivered, so I can’t even say the presentation was nice. Then I inquired about the potatoes that were listed in the description and was told the few slices of shredded hash brown mixed in were the potatoes. There was no offer to bring out any of the pictured red potatoes. I ended up asking for a replacement dish of basic eggs and toast. It took another 20 minutes and this too was disappointing and flavorless. I asked for the potatoes to be fried hard and they were still dippy. My boyfriend’s burrito wasn’t much better. He ate half and then bought a bagel instead. He ordered it with peanut butter and paid. After paying, they said they had no more peanut butter. When he said he didn’t want the bagel without it, the kid went to the back and magically found peanut butter. It was still 15 minutes before the bagel came out. The lack of care and customer service were far from appealing. No one checked on us even after knowing we were unhappy and had requested a new dish. Unfortunately, you pay and tip before receiving your food, or it’s safe to say they would not have gotten a tip either. Attention to detail is not the strong suit. My original dish was missing the sour cream, the bacon was not crispy and the salt I requested on the rim of my Bloody Mary was also overlooked. The customers at the next table ordered a burrito with sauce on the side and it came out smothered in sauce anyway. We ended up still having to go elsewhere for breakfast once we left. Safe to say we will NEVER be back! These people are an embarrassment to the industry. McDonald’s would be a...

My family and I went to the Roast this morning for brunch. Party of 9. We waited probably 30+ minutes for our drinks, and over an hour for our food. None of the food came out at the same time…They brought the plates 2 at a time, and they were probably 10+ minutes in between each set of plates. By the time a few people were done, a few people were just getting their meals (which weren’t right). We got there at 11:45am, and didn’t leave until 2:00pm. 2 people with us never received their meals after TWO hours..they got a refund and left. The Wait staff wasn’t overly friendly in the beginning, but became extremely rude about halfway through this experience…because we were all getting frustrated and hangry. Rather than trying to make it better, they got attitudes and didn’t help us any more than they had to. Right as we were leaving another couple, was also getting a refund due to never receiving their food order. This wasn’t my first bad experience at the Roast, and I don’t intend on returning...

I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and inviting the space was. The atmosphere is warm and cozy—perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing with a great cup of coffee.

Speaking of coffee, the quality here is top-notch. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every cup. The prices are also incredibly reasonable for the quality you’re getting, which makes it an easy go-to spot.

I have to give a special shout-out to Kyle, the barista who helped me. Not only is he an awesome barista with serious skills, but he’s also just an all-around great person. Friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he does—he made the experience even better.

My family and I had a wonderful breakfast here. We had our puppy with us so we sat outside. I went inside to check the menu out and the woman working inside quickly offered menus to me. As we sat outside, she immediately brought a round of waters for all of us. I loved her initiative and she was so friendly and sweet! We ordered a Rancher’s Breakfast where the biscuits and gravy were amazing with chunks of sausage! I had mine with the chorizo which I highly recommend. My daughter had the Bread Pudding French Toast and that was delicious as well! Perfectly cooked and not soggy at all. My husband loved his Brewhouse Breakfast Burrito and my two young boys shared a Classic Mountain Breakfast. A pretty simple breakfast that was enjoyed by both. All passerby’s were smiling and nice. Well worth the trip and a great start to the morning.

Traveling through Alamosa, killing time while the Tesla was charging. Saw the reviews and decided to stop here for breakfast (a block away from the charging station). Food was tasty, but it did take 20-25 minutes from ordering to getting it at the table (ordered around 7:30am). Not a big deal for us as we had to kill time anyway. Just something for folks to be aware of. Order up a cup of their amazing coffee and the time will fly by 😄
